What are the main properties of the products?

What material is used?
Material used: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) copolymer enhanced with Antiblocking and Slip Masterbatch additives. The additives are EVA-based, with no polyolefin contamination.

Yes. All products can be customised with printing, white contrast band, unique barcodes, QR Codes, and microperforation.

Applications and Use

Our bags are specifically designed to dissolve together with their contents inside rubber and PVC mixers, thus eliminating the cost of separately disposing of empty bags.
What is the melting point of the products?
The melting point ranges from 75°C to 95°C.
Vinyl Acetate (VA) content: from 14% to 28%.
Upon specific customer request, Vinyl Acetate content outside the indicated range can be used.
